Our client provides comprehensive, strategic advice with a focus on personal finance, private foundations and other business entities. Job Duties: -- Manage Personnel Needs Log to determine open jobs to fill. -- Inquire and create job descriptions in accordance with hiring manager's specifications. -- Research/identify job specific recruiting sources and track success rate per hire. -- Collect, review, screen and forward only qualified candidate resumes to the hiring manager for review. -- Collect applications and pre-interview questionnaires from candidates, as directed. -- Coordinate with candidates and hiring boss to schedule in-person interviews. -- Coordinate and/or administer pre-employment testing (DiSC and Wonderlic), as required. Prepare and communicate results with hiring manager. -- Manage regional criminal background check program and pre-employment drug screenings. -- Review employment offers for compliance with wage and salary policies and laws. May also include the negotiation and presentation of employment offers. -- Organize and maintain applicant information for historical use. -- Assist with successful onboarding of new hires. -- Perform any other related or unrelated duties as assigned. The key to this position is to do the introspection necessary to help find the appropriate person to fill the role and succeed. Preferred Job Requirements: -- 3-5 years of INTERNAL CORPORATE HUMAN RESOURCES recruiting experience. Construction industry experience a plus. -- 4-year degree in Human Resources or related field. -- Extremely strong PC skills required - MS Outlook, Word, Excel. -- Experience with online job postings, job boards and internet recruiting. -- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and operate in a rapidly changing environment. -- Self-motivated and work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. -- Proven track record of successful hires. -- Demonstrated understanding of the corporate environment. -- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -- Able to communicate with and present at the executive level. -- Proven capacity to perform as a top 10%-er ("A" player) and demonstrate a positive attitude as a team player.
