About the role:We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take a leading role in our growing Engineering team. The role focuses on developing advanced features to our product, along with an emphasis on performance enhancements as we scale into the enterprise market. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable systems, excellent communication skills, and experience with databases. They will be working with a tight collaborative development team and should play a key role in leading projects that advance our product.
Our technical stack:

• Java: API
• Python: Integrations within the Warehouse & Mobile RF application
• Angular 9+: Web app
• PostgreSQL: Persistence
• Infrastructure: Terraform/Terragrunt automation on AWS using ECS, EC2, RDSA few examples of the projects that we are working on:
  • Stress test our software stack to failure. Prepare for peak capacity sales days like Black Friday
  • Developing new functionality to increase speeds on e-commerce order picking
  • Create advanced algorithms to maximize efficiency in distribution processes
  • Building automation into application configurations for industry leading implementations
  • Labor Management dashboards that report on big data of warehouse operations Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
    • 6+ years of experience as a professional software engineer, preferably with the Java software stack
    • Technology experience in Java, Python, and SQL required. Experience with REST APIs, Jasper Reports, C++ and Angular is a plus
    • Be familiar with tools such as Git, Jira, and Swagger
    • DevOps experience including Docker and AWS is a plus
    • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
    • Must not require sponsorship and be able to relocate to Southern CA
