**This position is based in Orange County, California. Currently, we are not offering relocation assistance.

Under the general supervision of IT Supervisor, the IT Associate is the first line of response in resolving the technical support needs for the employee population at large. The person in this role would function as a helpdesk for the company whose duties center on diagnosing, troubleshooting and/or escalating the various hardware and software issues that arise with important administrative functions also, such as ticket tracking. The ideal candidate is a tech savvy self-starter with an innovative and customer service oriented problem-solving acumen. Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Assists in conducting systems training for incoming and existing employees
• Configures and coordinates all equipment for new hires and existing employees including hardware orders and installation of the pertinent software, licenses, accounts etc.
• Responds to, resolves and/or escalates all IT tickets in a timely and professional manner
• Manages and tracks all incoming and open support request tickets
• Assists in researching system enhancements for company-wide efficiency
• Supports all ongoing department tech refresh endeavors
• Works closely with leadership and the IT Supervisor to address and implement the ever changing technology needs for the company Qualifications
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills
  • IT Certification required or 4 year degree in CS or related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization/time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
  • Tech support experience within a fulfillment, distribution, ecommerce and/or retail environment preferred *This job is based in Orange County, California. At this time we are not offering relocation assistance.
