Leader/Engineering Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the strategic vision, ensuring alignment with
business goals and fostering innovation
Lead and mentor the team, promoting a collaborative culture and
managing performance
Oversee project delivery, ensuring high standards of technical
excellence and effective resource utilization
Required Qualifications:
Extensive experience in Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and
Full Stack Development
Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript
Hands-on experience with React or similar frontend frameworks
Deep expertise with AWS, focusing on scalable architectures and
DevOps practices
Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams in consulting or
service-oriented environments
