Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Customer Support
representative to provide professional support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt and detailed service to customers through various
communication channels
Act as an advocate for customers by addressing concerns and
reporting areas for improvement
Assist with troubleshooting and support during product launches,
ensuring high-quality customer experience
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience
2+ years of experience in technical support focused on customer
success
2+ years of experience supporting consumer WiFi/mesh networking
platforms
1+ year providing technical support for mobile devices and
platforms
Experience with firewall configurations and commonly enabled
features associated with service provider modems/routers
