Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements for sales and
procurement
Serve as an escalation point for non-standard legal issues and
partner with sales leadership on deal strategy
Manage the intake, review, and approval processes for commercial
agreements and lead projects for contract process optimization
Required Qualifications
BBA / BA / BS degree required
JD required with admission to a state / DC bar
10+ years of experience in commercial law, with at least 5 years in
in-house transactional legal support
Strong contract drafting and negotiation expertise, particularly in
SaaS contracting
Proficiency in negotiating contracts related to data privacy and
security
