Job Description:
A company is looking for a Counsel to provide legal advice and
support within the Office of General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate legal advice on various matters,
including security, cybersecurity, and administrative law
Support litigation and record responsibilities of the Office of
General Counsel
Demonstrate professionalism and collegiality while delivering legal
guidance in the Senate environment
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Five or more years of relevant legal experience in federal
government, law firm, or corporate settings
Active license to practice law in the United States
Experience in advising on matters of law, regulation, policy, and
procedure
Proficiency in drafting legal memoranda and communicating legal
guidance
