Job Description Wilmington, MA $26–$35/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift | Full-Time Industry: Medical Device & Aerospace Precision Manufacturing \n About the Opportunity\n Tecomet, a leading contract manufacturer in the medical and aerospace sectors, is hiring an experienced CNC Machinist II to join its 1st shift team in Wilmington, MA . This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with competitive pay and benefits that start on day one. \n If you thrive in a clean, climate-controlled environment and take pride in machining complex components to tight tolerances, this role is for you. \n What You’ll Do\n \n Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes per detailed engineering drawings and programs \n Machine parts from a variety of materials with tight tolerance requirements \n Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment \n Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to inspect parts and maintain quality \n Read blueprints, interpret G&M code, and make minor edits/offsets as needed \n Adhere to all GMP/GDP and safety standards \n Maintain accurate production records and assist with continuous improvement initiatives \n Collaborate with your team and escalate any machining issues as needed \n \n What You Bring\n \n 3–5 years of CNC machining experience (multi-machine preferred) \n Proven ability to set up and operate CNC equipment independently \n Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills \n Experience with a range of metals and materials \n Excellent attention to detail and a strong safety mindset \n Team player with solid communication and problem-solving abilities \n \n Why Join Tecomet?\n ?
