Seasons Team Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a
Director of Clinical Operations (RN) to join our team of
professionals. We make a difference every day to patients and
families coping with end of life illness in creating a center of
excellence in hospice care.
Overview The Director of Clinical Operations will implement and
administer clinical operations, policies and procedures. Provide
direction to staff that ensures coordinated implementation of plans
of treatment and the utilization of necessary services for
comprehensive care of the patients that reflects the philosophy and
objectives of the Hospice. Serve as part of the Hospice Care
Qualifications Registered Nurse license in state(s) practicing
with strong clinical skills.
Minimum 1 year management/supervisory experience in a hospice or
home health agency or equivalent education.
Minimum three years’ experience in hospice, home health, general
medical surgical, oncology or patient population specific (i.e.:
geriatrics, pediatric, etc.) nursing.
CT: Five years of experience in positions of increasing
responsibility in business, preferably in health care. Master’s
degree in nursing/public health or healthcare administration with
an active license to practice nursing in the State of CT and one
year of supervisory experience in a program which included the care
of the sick; or a BSN with an active CT license with two years’
experience in supervision in a program which included the care of
NJ : A Bachelor of science degree in nursing or health related
field and three years combined public/community health nursing and
progressive management experience in public health nursing; OR a
Master’s degree in nursing or a health related field and two years
combined public/community health nursing and progressive management
experience in public health nursing

Demonstrated ability to effectively direct a variety of
personnel and utilize mentoring and motivational skills.
Demonstrated commitment to Seasons Hospice’s philosophy of care,
values, mission statement and organizational culture.
Meet the regulations and requirements of the State in which the
program provides services.
