Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a National Director of
Clinical Operations to join our team of professionals. We make a
difference every day to patients and families coping with end of
life illness in creating a center of excellence in hospice
Overview The National Director of Clinical Operations supports
the local clinical leadership and assists in responding to
identified opportunities for improvement in the clinical
Qualifications *Registered Nurse (RN) license in state(s)
*Current Bachelors degree or working toward a Bachelors degree
in a related field with completion date within 24 months from date
of hire for this position; an MS degree preferred
*Ability to become and maintain Certified Hospice and Palliative
Nurse (CHPN) certification within 12 months from date of hire.
*Prefer previous Clinical management experience.
*Ability to travel required.
*Proficient in computer usage.
Basic understanding of Microsoft office suite.
Familiar with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system that
Seasons Hospice is currently using.
*Knowledgeable about the Hospice Medicare regulations and the
Joint Commission standards. Familiar with the state hospice
regulations for those states that they will be responsible for
*Requires the ability to effectively communicate orally and in
writing with various levels of internal and external customers.
*Must be able to solve practical problems and work effectively
under tight deadlines.
*Must possess superior negotiation and presentation skills.
*Must be detailed-oriented.
*Demonstrated commitment to Seasons Hospice’s philosophy of
care, values, mission statement and organizational culture.
