The Customer Service Lead is responsible for supervising the
daily operations of the department, knowledge of various Credit
Systems, knowledge of Audit Works and cash office, assisting
customers and associates regarding questions on their accounts.
Must have great customer service skills, experience in handling
money, positive attitude, and must like detailed work.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
preferred, but not required. Related job experience, desire to help
and build strong relationships are a plus. Strong analytical
skills, ability to multi-task, work with diverse group of
individuals, have knowledge of cash/banking, and be computer
literate is all required.
