(WWT) has an opportunity available for a Technical Lead ndash Zendesk SaaS Platform to support our client located in USA - Irvine, CA St Louis, Mo BuffaloWilliamsville, NY GreenvilleGreer, SC Scottsdale, AZ (Potentially fully remote for the right candidate). Location USA - Irvine, CA St Louis, Mo BuffaloWilliamsville, NY GreenvilleGreer, SC Scottsdale, AZ (Potentially fully remote for the right candidate) Duration 6 Months Contract-to-Hire Top 3-5 technologies they need to have experience with Some level of experience with development of APIrsquos, Code creation (Java or MS) experience with Zendesk and CRM preferred (MS Dynamics). We are willing to train the proper candidate on Zendesk if you canrsquot find someone with existing experience. The person needs strong overall technical skills and willing to work on a service platform deployment model. Good customer interaction capability. Top 3-5 responsibilities they will be required to perform Tech lead will be responsible for coordinating all technical aspects of delivery of the service globally. Working directly with Zendesk technical resources as required taking direction from (partnered with) the US IT Product Owner responsible for internal customer coordinationonboardingroadmap etc. Types of responsibility Overall Platform Architecture and design oversight Configuration and Implementation technical hands on Some development experience, capable of learning how to customize, integrate the platform with other tools 2 ndash 3 years of progressive experience in configuring, designing, deploying and supporting Zendesk environments. Proven experience deploying to numerous business teams in a highly fluid and dynamic business environment is a must. 2 ndash 3 years of experience leading and mentoring developmenttechnical teams in a continuous integration devdeploy approach is a must. Additionally, the ability of effective time management and planning of resources across many disciplines, levels of experience and multiple competing priorities is required. Bachelorrsquos Degree in C.S., CIS, Engineering or similar technical acumen. Previous hands-on experience developing mid-tier API systems merging different third-party systems together. Experience with the Zendesk API suite is a huge plus. Strong communications both oral and written with ability to communicate with various layers of business stakeholders, SMEs, end users, and technical team members. Ability to write technical specifications, define business solutions, convey ideas to business users in a meaningful yet understanding way is extremely important. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to design complete solutions which are simple yet effective and very scalable. Previous experience handling and supporting mission critical enterprise systems. Ability to diagnose and respond to interruptions and critical issues in a timely manner is of vital importance. Experience in developing and supporting data warehouses, business intelligence and other dashboardreporting is required. Solid understanding of Zendesk Explore is a huge plus. Ability to set goals, keep team on track, hold team members responsible and meet time sensitive deadlines is required. Ability to track enhancements and issuesincidents while balancing needs of many different business teams and interests.
