Job Description:
Momentum Solar is a premier residential solar provider with
offices throughout the U.S. Founded in 2009, Momentum has grown
exponentially over the past decade. We implement the entire solar
process to ensure a seamless transition to renewable
energy.OverviewMomentum Solar is looking to add a Roofing and Solar
Superintendent to our team! This individual will be overseeing our
New Home Roofing and Solar division in our Southern California
market. We are currently seeking an experienced individual with
deep knowledge in the Roofing and Solar industry.Responsibilities*
Oversee the process as a whole and ensure rapid close-out and
turnover * Successfully recruit and retain direct labor of all
levels for new home roofing. Mainly in the areas of roofing tile,
asphalt shingles, metal roofing, TPOs and PVCs * Past experience
with managing new home roofing and solar projects for fast paced
national homebuilders * Manage projects and ensure the projects and
meeting the targeted deadlines and schedules. * Coordinate the
scheduling of each project and review * Provide any assistance to
crews, operations, logistics as needed * Responsible to have all
work performed done in a timely and cost-effective matter
Qualifications* Project manager experience is a must * Experience
in the construction industry working with home-builder clients,
purchasing managers, agents that procure roofing, and solar energy
systems for their new home developments. * Deep knowledge of both
Roofing and Solar Industry * Sense of urgency, ability to manager
and meet deadlines * Strong analytical, problem solving, and
