part-time sales and team management positions are available.
Job Details: Full- Time or Part-Time
This is a special position for licensed life insurance agents
that have experience and can speak to clients who have scheduled an
appointment to upgrade their in-force policies.
- Move our existing clients into:
Term conversions to permanent plans
1035 exchange into permanent insurance products
Retirement Assets protected through fixed indexed annuities * We
- Average Cut for the producer is $900-$1200 per sale in
commissions paid daily
Current agents closing over 50% of preset appointments
When you sell 5 people a week here is how it looks:
$900.00 per sell min x 5 = $4500.00 x 48 weeks = $216,000 yearly
PLUS Residuals + Monthly Bonuses + Equity Grants
- These calculations do not include your stock appreciation
grants in the company we provide our agents when they issue 200k
annual premium in a year.
You will share a google calendar with our call center and they
will set appointments for you according to your availability.
The policies have a higher annual premium as they are buying
permanent policies. Expect to earn between 150,000 - 250,000 in
commission your first year. Working locally or virtually.

- Provide excellent customer service

- A Life Insurance License with at least one year of experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
- Must be motivated and must be able to control your own
schedule. No quotas! You must have E&O coverage.

appointment to speak with you exclusively every day to discuss
another product purchase.
Our new agents instantly begin receiving income using our
proprietary sales and training methods.
If you have a great work ethic, ready to go to work right away,
can work remotely, follow simple instructions on how our agents are
making sales every day, and have the basic resources to do so, then
we are interested in speaking with you.
You will be expected to schedule a phone interview as soon as
you apply and be on time for that appointment. Once you apply, you
will receive an email and a text with instructions as to what we
want you to do before you click on the link to schedule your phone
interview. We want you to listen to a three-minute audio message
and watch three two-minute videos. A total of nine minutes, then
schedule your appointment.
