Helpmates is Now Hiring Full Time Vietnamese/ English speaking Electrical Assemblers for a fast growing cable assembly supplier who supplies to the Military, Medical, Geophysical, and Commercial Aviation market. The Electrical Assembler will be working with cables and wires and assembling them and building harnesses. Must be able to use hand and power tools and be mechanically inclined. Schedule and Pay rate Info Monday- Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Pay Rate-$18.00per hour DOE Responsibilities: Performs various tasks requiring knowledge of assembly techniques, tools, materials Assembles electromechanical instruments or fabricated parts to make subassemblies or complete instruments using hand tools, power tools, and special tools and/or calibration equipment. Follows assembly shop and production operations sheets, wire lists, samples, blue- prints, schematics and verbal instructions to perform a wide variety of assembly operations. Utilizes small hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers. Electro-Mechanical Assembler Education : High school diploma, GED or equivalent education and experience. Electro-Mechanical Assembler Experience & Minimum Qualifications : 1 year mininum of assembly experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to follow schematics and assemble wire harnesses is a must. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, engineering prints, and schematics. Ability to use standard power hand tools and custom tools, gauges, and other calibration equipment and assembly fixtures.
