Job Description:

Looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. In this roll you will be the first point of contact with Members and assist with question help with enrollment, Eligibility and benefits, resolve member complaints and or concerns. This Organization is well established and has room for growth.
Pay: $20.81
Location: Orange County

Experience and Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
6 months of Customer service experience Required
Bilingual in English and in one of Company Health---s threshold languages (Arabic, Farsi, Spanish)
1 year of Data Entry experience Required
1 Year of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), Medical, Medicaid and health services
Typing speed of 4 word per Minute (WPM)

Covid 19 Vaccine Required

Knowledge of:
Data Entry keyboard skills
Familiar with Microsoft
Communicate clearly and, both orally and in writing
Analyzes Data for any Discrepancies
