Job Description:
All responsibilities related to the successful iterative
delivery employing an Agile framework: scheduling and facilitating
agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint planning, and sprint
retro), supporting Product or Solution Owner with backlog
development and refinement and sprint demos, and proactively drive
the team's or teams' continuous improvement efforts. Primary
Responsibilities + Using agile methodology values, principles, and
practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. + Training,
mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values,
principles, and practices. + Determining and managing tasks,
issues, risks, and action items. + Scheduling and facilitating
scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes. + Monitoring
progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements. +
Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing. +
Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing
impediments for the scrum team. + Tracking project processes,
deliverables, and financials. + Preparing and presenting status
reports to stakeholders. + Be accountable for project results
ensuring the needs of the project and team are met+ Ensure the
completion of all Project deliverables including project
documentation per the PMO Guidelines for project delivery+ Clearly
communicate expectations to both stakeholders and team members:
Develop and deliver multi-mode communications (verbal and written)
that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different
audiences.+ Track and report on project milestones, metrics and
provide status updates to sponsor and IT Management+ Lead and
empower the agile project team to deliver on each given sprint
plan+ Escalate issues and risks as appropriate according to the
Project Management Plan processes+ Ensures that proper unit,
systems integration and user acceptance testing is completed with
the required documentation and the appropriate point in the life
cycle.+ Plan and execute a project management process in a way that
will ensure compliance to security, privacy and regulatory aspects
of all projects. + Adhere to the architectural principles and
policies to the security, privacy and compliance regimes. + Manage
supplier performance to ensure that suppliers provide their
contribution to the project according to contractual agreements and
within the agreed budget and schedule.+ Schedule the work within
the time, budget and quality constraints and document assumptions
and risks.+ Monitor and control critical project dependencies
preventing these dependencies to become issues for the overall
project. Job Qualifications Education:+ Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
and/or equivalent education and work experience Experience:+ 5+
years of project management experience in a waterfall/agile
framework with at least 3 years as a scrum master in a pure agile
framework+ Problem solving ability and proven ability to meet
deadlines + Demonstrated strong attention to detail and strong
interpersonal skills + Excellent verbal and written communication
skills + Ability to work as a team player + Proficient with
Microsoft Office + Knowledge of Agile, Kanban, and DevOps+ Scrum
Master Certification (CSM or PSM) Preferred: + Experience with MS
Project+ Advanced Agile Certifications (Practitioner, PO/PM)Join
