The position is responsible for the overall retention and proactive client satisfaction.Responsibilities

• Consult with plan sponsors to ensure client satisfaction and drive key results.
• Lead high level client meetings that include annual plan, investment, and fiduciary reviews.
• Provide key insights on plan design, industry trends, legislation, funding, etc.
• Facilitate and lead participant meetings including one-on-one to driving plan participation.
• Work with clients on RFP's and benchmark vendors.
• Collaborate internally with other team members to meet deliverables and provide exceptional client service#LI-SA1Job RequirementsPreferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience consulting in person with institutional retirement plan sponsors
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from accredited institution
