ProviderSouthern CaliforniaThe -Retirement Plan Advisor is the
strategic consultant for institutional retirement plan clients. The
position is responsible for the overall retention and proactive
client satisfaction.Responsibilities
- Consult with plan sponsors to ensure client satisfaction and
drive key results.
- Lead high level client meetings that include annual plan,
investment, and fiduciary reviews.
- Provide key insights on plan design, industry trends,
legislation, funding, etc.
- Facilitate and lead participant meetings including one-on-one
to driving plan participation.
- Work with clients on RFP's and benchmark vendors.
- Collaborate internally with other team members to meet
deliverables and provide exceptional client service#LI-SA1Job
RequirementsPreferred Qualifications
- Previous experience consulting in person with institutional
retirement plan sponsors
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from accredited
institution
- FINRA 7, 66, and Life license -Orange County, CASteve Anderson
