Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Family Law Attorney to join our legal team in Orange County. As a Family Law Attorney, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our clients by providing expert legal advice and representation in a wide range of family law matters.
Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in various family law cases, including divorce, child custody, adoption, domestic violence, child support, and spousal support.
  
• Conduct client consultations to understand their specific circumstances, provide legal advice, and explain the legal processes involved.
  
• Participate in mediation sessions and negotiations to reach amicable resolutions.
  
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings, advocating for their rights and interests.
  
• Provide ongoing legal counseling to clients, assisting them in making informed decisions.
  
• Stay updated with changes in family law through continuing education and professional development.
  
• Maintain the highest ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and professional integrity.
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    
  • Admitted to the bar and licensed to practice law in California.
    
  • 3+ years of experience practicing as an Attorney
    
  • Excellent knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and legal precedents.
    
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
    
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
