Promotional Events Assistant (Branding) Santa Ana, CA Hiring now for positions offering immediate start dates, ongoing training, and weekly pay! We'd like to hire and train 2-3 new full-time Promotional Events Assistants over the next two weeks so we can promote our primary client's products and services in more venues. We take development seriously and offer ongoing training, on-site support, one-on-one coaching, and workshops/seminars hosted by industry experts to help our team develop personally and professionally. Whether you work with us short-term or long-term, you'll learn some great transferrable skills and meet some great people! Promotional Events Assistant Responsibilities:

• Mentally and physically preparing for events
• Working as part of a team to promote a specific brand
• Hosting promotional events to increase brand awareness
• Engaging in meaningful conversations with local consumers
• Asking specific questions to pre-qualify potential customers
• Providing customers with relevant product or service information
• Acquiring new customers by completing digital sales transactions
• Keeping track of statistics and recording relevant feedback
• Brainstorming and communicating ways to improve results Promotional Events Assistant Requirements/Recommendations:
  • 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the USA
  • The ability to travel to the Santa Ana office daily (this is an on-site position)
  • A welcoming personality and ability to break the ice and engage in small talk
  • Good communication skills (multi-lingual applicants welcomed!)
  • Leadership experience and the ability to motivate, influence, or inspire others
  • Good time management skills and a history of being responsible/reliable You'll receive a basic weekly wage and be able to earn additional commissions and bonuses along with other incentives.
