Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compensation Lead; Corporate
Alignments.
Key Responsibilities
Advise business leaders on functional strategies and compensation
philosophies
Oversee salary administration programs and conduct audits on job
classifications
Participate in compensation surveys and update salary structures as
necessary
Required Qualifications
Strong business acumen
5+ years of HR experience in a matrixed organization or 2+ years in
Compensation
Experience in evaluating job structures and making business
recommendations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and
PowerPoint
Experience consulting with Senior Leaders on complex business
challenges
