Job Description:
A company is looking for a Decision Scientist to support
programmatic efforts in operational efficiency and customer
experience through advanced data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop data models to predict member outcomes and key
member decisions
Conduct exploratory data analysis and build data sets to support
organizational goals
Evaluate and design experiments to monitor key metrics and identify
improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or
related field with 5+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree
with 7+ years of quantitative analysis experience
Experience in data science capabilities including data mining,
predictive modeling, and statistical modeling
Proficiency with database technologies such as Oracle, SAP, and MS
SQL Server
Experience with structured and unstructured data analysis
Familiarity with tools like SAS and R for validating health
management program outcomes
