Interprets business needs into contract language and system
requirements
Collaborates with Sales and other teams to negotiate and finalize
customer agreements
Acts as a liaison between Sales and in-house counsel for
contract-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, professional degree, or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of relevant paralegal or contract drafting
experience
Experience in a fast-paced, global organization
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
Outstanding skills in MS Office suite
