A company is looking for a Claims Supervisor, Workers Comp
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality
service delivery
Promote best practices in claims handling in line with company
standards
Manage workloads, set team goals, and drive talent development
through hiring and training
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
Workers compensation claims experience with MD and VA
jurisdictions
Knowledge of team member related functions
Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims
are handled
