Job Description:

A company is looking for a Bilingual Psych Intake Specialist.
Key Responsibilities

Receive and respond to client communications, including intake and onboarding of new clients
Schedule intake appointments and initial assessments while managing cancellations and reschedules
Establish relationships with pediatric groups to create a pipeline of referrals

Required Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish and English
High school diploma or GED
1-2 years of medical office experience
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Familiarity with Microsoft and Gmail products
