Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Intake Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of assigned client accounts,
ensuring compliance with client protocols
Facilitate communication and support between clients and providers,
managing documentation and claims processing
Identify inconsistencies in documentation and collaborate with
internal teams to ensure accurate claim evaluations
Required Qualifications
Experience in account management or client coordination roles
Knowledge of claims processing and familiarity with relevant
documentation (e.g., UB-04, HCFA 1500)
Understanding of HIPAA and SOC2 compliance requirements
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in IT security protocols and incident management
