Job Description:
A company is looking for a Branch Support Specialist to provide
support and mentorship to new and existing branches and operations
personnel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily support to employees in new branches for up to 60
days
Offer loan-level support and oversee the ticket system
Deliver feedback and coaching to strengthen file quality and manage
pipeline
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years' experience processing loans
Previous mortgage sales or branch exposure preferred
Thorough knowledge of processing requirements for all loan
products
Experience with Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of TRID
and RESPA
