A company is looking for a Head of R&D Strategic
Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and manage strategic partnerships to advance R&D
objectives
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
and collaboration
Track and evaluate partnership effectiveness and compliance with
governance standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
(Ph.D., M.D., or MBA preferred)
Minimum 10+ years in the biopharmaceutical industry with a focus on
strategic partnerships or R&D
Experience engaging with senior government officials, NGO leaders,
and academic researchers
Strong understanding of the global R&D ecosystem and industry
trends
Proven ability to navigate complex dynamics and foster
collaboration across diverse stakeholders
