A company is looking for a Remote Account Resolution
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to collect payments for medical
and non-medical accounts
Utilize negotiation and customer service skills to achieve positive
collection results
Adhere to all relevant laws including FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPAA
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1+ years of experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer
Service roles
Ability to accurately enter and update data in company/client
systems
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented
environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
tasks
Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and Saturday work as
needed
