Exercises general application of principles, theories and concepts, and proposes a course of action. Performs entry level shop floor competencies. Supervision Given and Received: Works under guidance from an assigned mentor and direct supervision, will receive detailed verbal and/or written instructions. Uses established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. Problem Solving: May require some limited judgement in resolving problems. Contacts/Cooperation: Contacts are primarily with direct supervisor, mentor and peers.
