Quality Assurance AnalystTokioMarine HCC - Surety Group, a member of theTokioMarine Group of Companies, has a stable, long-termopportunity for aSenior Quality Assurance Business Analyst. We are looking for an experienced QA business analyst to join our highly skilled team of programmers to prepare, document, and execute test plans against all software systems for internal and external users for two business organizations: TMHCC - Surety Group and TMHCC - Credit.The position will start as a hybrid position (3/2) based at our Santa Ana, CA office and may transition to increased remote work after a period of 6 months and based upon a level of understanding our systems. Position Responsibilities Working hand-in-hand with the software developers, you will test, replicate, and investigate root causes of defects, raise work items, collect and document test results, and validate systems within the software change process and Corporate IT maintenance processes. Performance Objectives and Timeline

• During the first 3 months:Understand all aspects of the Surety and Credit system software pieces, what they do, how they work, and how they interact.
• During the first 6 months:Determine what to test, and prepare and execute tests/scenarios for end users of the Surety & Credit software systems.
• During the first 12 months and beyond:Become a subject matter expert at raising defects of new enhancements, regression testing, and full system validation. When code is released, you give the green light for the "go" or "no-go".Education & Experience Qualifications
  • We prefer a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of relevant and progressive professional experience to demonstrate requisite Software QA validation skills
  • Experience with automated testing tools

The salary offered for this specific position is based on a number of legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by the Company.
