**Job Description**
**AECOM** is seeking a Construction Engineer to be based in Orange, CA.
_This position is expected to begin in_ July 10, 2023
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
+ Under direct supervision, performs routine duties requiring knowledge of basic engineering principles.
+ Limited exercise of judgment is required on details of work.
+ Performs specific and limited portions of broader assignments.
+ Spends large percentage of time performing estimating take-offs and performing walk-downs for quantity tracking purposes, reporting of installed quantities, performing field inspections to verify adherence to design.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirement:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management program, with focus in Transportation, from an accredited university
+ Candidate must possess a valid US Drivers License
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Previous exposure or strong interest in transportation infrastructure construction management

+ Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range is $27.04 - $37.19/hour (non-exempt).
