Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections and Deductions
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Research and reconcile customer disputes, payments, credits,
invoices, and contracts
Monitor and analyze customer accounts to manage disputes and reduce
credit exposure
Provide reports and updates to stakeholders while ensuring
compliance with financial regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, or a
related field preferred
5 years of experience with A/R software, such as SAP or Oracle
5 years of experience in A/R dispute resolution and cash
application research
Advanced Excel skills, including the use of formulas, Pivot Tables,
and V-lookups
Knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance in a publicly traded
company
