Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Lead
to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will
have 2-3 years of leadership experience in a warehouse setting,
strong computer skills across multiple systems, and the ability to
manage inventory, shipping, and compliance tasks. This role
requires early morning start times, long shifts, and physical
labor, including lifting over 50 lbs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
in all tasks.
- Manage inventory of oil and parts washers, maintaining accurate
records.
- Oversee shipping processes, including preparing manifests and
coordinating logistics.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections to ensure
compliance and safety.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Utilize various computer systems, including Oracle, Salesforce,
Aurora, and Power BI, to track inventory and manage reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse through consistent
housekeeping efforts.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of shipping waste in
accordance with company policies.
- Work 10-hour shifts with potential overtime, starting at 5
AM.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse lead or supervisory
role.
- Strong computer proficiency with Oracle, Salesforce, Aurora,
and Power BI.
- Experience with inventory management and shipping
processes.
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs and perform physically demanding
tasks.
- Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace
safety.

(Material Handler) to complete all assigned warehouse duties in a

Responsibilities
- Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by
complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and
always acting in a safe manner
- Supervise warehouse personnel
- Unload containerized waste from the route trucks
- Reload route trucks with supplies and equipment for next day's
runs
- Ensures all waste and containers are in acceptable shipping
condition and organized for transport to recycle or distribution
centers
- Stock the warehouse with received materials
- Prepare waste loads for shipment
- Housekeeping in the branch (painting, picking up trash,
sweeping, cleaning, straightening)
- Empty and fill drums of solvent mineral spirits
- Perform minor repairs on parts washers at the warehouse
- Supervise third party bulk liquid transfers
- Order inventory and assist with inventory count at
warehouse
- Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance
regulations and rules
- Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local,
state (provincial) and federal requirements
- Safely observe all corporate operating guidelines and
procedures
- Observe all company environmental health and safety operating
guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous relevant experience
- Attention to detail
- Follow specific instructions
- Work with minimal supervision at times
- Forklift driving skills
- Basic computer skills
- Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Perform physical functions per job requirements
- Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and
physical, by position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced computer skills with applications such as Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Previous supervisory experience
- Previous experience with hazardous materials
