Our customers choose to work with us again and again which is a testament to our focus on exceptional customer service and the first-choice lender for businesses. - -What Will You Do?Manage strategy and execution of paid media lead acquisition campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a perfect mix of right and left brain for creative ideation and strategy and technical prowess and execution. - You will also plan and execute all paid digital marketing, including: inbound performance channels (SEM, SEO, anonymous audience segmentation), outbound (Linkedin, display, ABM tools), , and more. -This role will report to our AFC Marketing Team.Responsibilities:Own campaign development and setup for online marketing efforts including emails, landing pages and adsPrioritize and project manage growth experiments to ensure ongoing optimization of acquisition efforts and to test new tacticsManage our SEO strategy, optimizing on-page and evaluating off-page sources for high-quality trafficTest and optimize paid advertising, A/B testOptimize marketing automation and lead nurturing across email, content, and socialMeasure marketing effectiveness and regularly implement changes to improve performanceFocus on growth through digital journeys and create high performing and measurable conversion based programsAdvance the use of technology for the ABM program to drive personalization and scale focused on the buyers' journey, delivering the right marketing program and content at the right timeRequirements:3+ years of B2B marketing experienceExperience executing campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipelineSuperior project and management skillsResults-focused with great attention to detail, superb execution and follow-throughStrong writer (esp copywriting) and proofreaderEmail marketing experience including creating, segmenting, and optimizing for engagementSEO and on-site conversion rate optimization (CRO) experienceHands-on paid advertising; particularly search engine marketing (SEM) and retargeting experienceAble to effectively prioritize important vs urgent tasksAble to quickly learn and become fluent in new technologiesResourceful when you need design and/or technical helpStrong analytic skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Google Analytics; SQL experience preferred (not required)Experience with paid social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
