Orange County, CA / California - Orange County / ContractNew Western is seeking already licensed agents to help service our existing database of real estate investors by acquiring discounted real estate using various off-market and on market channels. As a contractor, you will use your skill and initiative and can take advantage of our proprietary software and proven techniques to master the art of acquiring discounted real estate. Take advantage of our 7-year network by providing flip opportunities, rental properties, and land to thousands of qualified local investors.

We are looking for experienced, smart, energetic, and driven acquisition agents to build their own thriving businesses within our unique real estate business.

What does this mean for you? Closing time & commission payout are quicker and the volume is higher. New Western's fast-paced transactions and uncapped commissions will give you the opportunity to start building your business quickly.

As an independent contractor, you are your own boss. This is not a desk job. Successful agents spend most of their time in the field walking properties and learning the ins and outs of investment real estate and rehab. You can work how and where you want to work.

Property Liaison. Work hands-on with sellers and escrow agents to ensure a successful closing from start to finish.

You Are:

Organized and detail-oriented

Possess excellent time management skills

Communicative: Outstanding written, interpersonal communication skills and have the fundamentals for negotiations

You have:

An Active California Real Estate license (Preferably 2 years RE experience)

MLS access with appropriate tools to perform real estate functions

Must be available to travel to and inspect multiple properties per day
