Boom Bestie is launching hemp based products in 2022. We are looking for an ambitious and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. -Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs-Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media-Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns-Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services-Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data-Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections-Collaborate with team members to achieve better results-Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams-Responsible for revenue growth.-Developing and executing a strategic sales plan.-Setting up distribution channels and affiliates for the company.-Establish streamlined sales pipeline.-Manage sales accounts.-Responsible for growing customer base.-Motivated, smart and hard working.-Treat the company like it's your own.Skills-Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role-Familiar with digital marketing-Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus-Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques-Fast learner and passion for sales-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach-Experienced in sales.-Experienced with setting up distribution channels.-Ambitious and strong in execution.-Organized and proactive.-Results driven.Our mother company--Medical Terpenes is a fragrance company historically focusing on B2B sales. Located in Orange County, We are a supportive, energetic, flexible and result driven team. We launching new hemp based products that are consumer products. The hemp-based products are consumer products, such as drinks, tinctures, gummies, topicals etc. These products must be marketed and networked to achieve lead generation to consumers (DTC) as well as other distributors and businesses. We are looking for a talent to shape company culture and process. The Sales Executive position will be accountable for revenue growth; focusing on network growth, sales, distribution, and closing sales with distributors. The position has an hourly rate as well as commission based incentives when certain milestones are achieved.Large commission incentives and rewards based on performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 - $600,000.00 per year based on performance.
