Brown & Brown is seeking a Sales Executive in Training in Santa Barbara, California!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The program will teach new Sales Executives:

* Technical Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits insurance training
* In depth coverage analysis and policy review
* Insurance carrier marketing
* Outside sales and customer consultation
* Business to business relationship development
* Account management and customer service

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required
* Active Property & Casualty or Life & Health License, or obtain within 90 days of employment, required
* Bachelor's Degree, required
* Strong financial aptitude, required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required
