Job Description:
A company is looking for a HR Shared Services Representative to
join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Responds to tier 1 inquiries from Associates and managers regarding
HR-related topics
Administers Associate programs and conducts payroll administration,
including auditing timesheets and addressing payroll issues
Supports performance management processes and interacts with
internal resources to complete tasks
Required Qualifications
Associates degree in HR or equivalent experience required
2+ years of experience in human resources
PHR certification preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with case management
technology and Workday transactions preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive
information
