Job Description:
A company is looking for an AI-Driven Sales Enablement
Specialist to support Account Executives by designing and deploying
AI-powered sales systems.
Key Responsibilities
Build AI-assisted processes for AE prospecting and follow-up using
tools like Clay and Zapier
Create and test reusable prompt templates for outbound messaging
and objection handling
Recommend and implement LLMs based on speed, quality, and token
limits for sales use cases
Required Qualifications
2 - 4 years of experience in sales enablement, RevOps, or GTM
support roles
Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt
engineering
Familiarity with tools like Clay, Zapier, HubSpot, and LinkedIn
Sales Navigator
Analytical mindset with the ability to test, track, and optimize AI
outputs
Comfortable working independently in a startup-paced
environment
