Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inside Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level customer support and service with a sense of
urgency
Develop and maintain customer relationships while accurately
recording all activities
Engage and influence key discussions with staff in a remote
environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college/university
preferred
1-3 years of B to B or pharma inside sales experience preferred
Experience with Salesforce and Veeva preferred
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
High work ethic, reliable, and punctual
