Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Service Agreements
Representative to join their member service team in a remote work
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service and resolve escalated issues for internal
and external stakeholders
Perform a diverse range of tasks related to service agreements and
support change management initiatives
Share knowledge and mentor less experienced team members
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED, or minimum Associate degree in lieu of
required experience
3-5+ years of relevant experience
Ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms effectively
Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs
Experience with research and data entry in a fast-paced environment
is preferred
