Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative,
Clinical for full-time remote work during nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls professionally and accurately while recording
information
Provide member information using proprietary systems and manage
call transfers as necessary
Document calls appropriately and participate in weekly team
meetings
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of one-year customer service experience, preferably in an
inbound call center
Basic computer skills
