Your role is to guide those conversations, follow up consistently, and make sure every qualified lead becomes a lasting client relationship. What You’ll Be Doing Call and follow up with high-quality inbound leads , no cold calling required. Schedule appointments for our brokers and field agents with qualified buyers and sellers. Manage the sales pipeline in our CRM to ensure every opportunity is followed up on consistently. Build strong relationships with prospective clients and maintain communication until they’re ready to take the next step.
