Job Description:
Mission Recruiting is partnering with an established Irvine
litigation team seeking an attorney to support a busy medical
malpractice and professional liability defense practice. The work
is substantive, the expectations are clear, and the team is known
for practical strategy, mentorship, and a professional,
collaborative culture. The position is direct hire , with
flexibility to consider a contract attorney on a temp-to-hire basis
for the right fit. Position overview: Salary: $120K–$200K DOE, with
annual bonuses and raises Caseload: Approx. 20 active files
Billables: Target of approximately 160 hours/month, no formal
minimum Schedule: In-office in Irvine initially; hybrid may be
